What happens if you find damaged or rotten timbers

We photograph the timbers in the roof structure as proof and then proceed with the required repairs once you are happy with the information we have provided.

Do you need to visit my property first

We use satellite information and measuring software to get all the measurements we need, so we’re able to confirm quotes before we even get to your property. Our team is well-prepared for any situation and we haven’t yet encountered a problem we weren’t ready for during previous work. We don’t need to see the property in person because we can’t assess it until the foam has been removed.

Do you take waste away with you

Absolutely. We responsibly haul away and dispose of all waste at fully licensed, regulated waste transfer stations.

Will my house be colder
